MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Autonomous Management Implemented by Warehouses, Container Terminals, Bonded Warehouses, Logistics Centers, and Other Businesses Designated by Customs" (amended regulations take into force from April 20, 2023)

 Customs Administration of the MOF stated that, in order to comply with the amendment of Article 86-1 of the Customs Act, the MOF announced the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Autonomous Management Implemented by Warehouses, Container Terminals, Bonded Warehouses, Logistics Centers, and Other Businesses Designated by Customs" on April 20, 2023. In accordance with the amended regulations, violations of the regulations governing obligatory matters of autonomous management and the qualifications, missions, or number of agents, shall result in a warning or a fine of not less than NT$6,000 and not more than NT$300,000, and the violator may be ordered to improve before a certain period of time; the fine shall be charged per violation in case of failure to improve before the given deadline. If there is no improvement after three penalties or in the case of serious violation, a suspension of partial or all autonomous management matters may be imposed for a period of not more than six months, or its approval may be repealed.
