Partial Articles of “Regulations Governing Customs Clearance for Goods in Free Trade Zones” have been amended on February 14, 2023, to comply with the revision on partial articles of “Regulations Governing Applications for the Establishment of Free Trade Zones” amended by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and “Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks” amended by Presidential Decree.
